These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the McLay Perfumes website and the purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

McLay Perfumes offers fragrances and related perfume products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour, packaging, appearance or presentation may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing or packaging updates.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product information or limit quantities without prior notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Product Prices

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time the order is successfully placed will generally apply to that order, subject to any obvious pricing or technical errors.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for processing and delivery.

An order is considered successfully placed after the required order and payment process has been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Technical or pricing errors
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Payment

Online payments are processed through Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.

By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully review their products, quantity, address and other order details before completing the purchase.

7. Shipping

Orders are delivered within India.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible returns or exchanges are handled according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing information
  • Providing a complete and correct delivery address
  • Providing a reachable phone number
  • Checking the package at the time of delivery
  • Following the applicable return and exchange procedure

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Brand names
  • Product photographs
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Website design
  • Videos
  • Product descriptions

is owned by or licensed to McLay Perfumes unless otherwise stated.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall have jurisdiction over matters arising in connection with these Terms.
