Returns & Refunds
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Email hello@mclayperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
About Our Fragrances
Extrait de parfum is the highest concentration in fine perfumery, containing 22–30% perfume oils — compared to roughly 15–20% in a standard Eau de Parfum. This means more depth, more longevity, and a scent that develops more richly on skin.
Most McLay fragrances last 10–14 hours on skin and can linger on fabric for days, thanks to the extrait concentration.
